A. Roopkala Heritage ships Internationally and shipping charges are free for orders above 100 USD. For orders below 100 USD a flat rate of 2500 INR is charged for shipping outside India.

Q. Can I exchange a product purchased on the website?

A. For Indian customersExchanges are available for products within 48 hours of delivery. Items must be in original condition with all tags intact. Our team will initiate the request for exchange of product once the process to replace is complete.

For international customers

Exchange is available for products within 72 hours of delivery. Items must be in original condition. Customers will be responsible to ship the product back to us with tracking details at website@roopkalasarees.com. The customer will be liable to pay the return shipping and customs charges which are non-refundable.
